Fit For A Snob

On The Go

I’m busy.  That’s often what we tell ourselves when it comes to taking care of what we should take care of the most: our bodies.

I’m not discounting the fact that most of us do, in fact, have a lot going on in our lives.  However, when all is said and done, we won’t be able to do anything if our bodies aren’t fit enough to handle whatever stress we place it under.

I don’t have time to go to the gym, and it’s too expensive.  That’s another thing we tell ourselves about exercising, and it’s often an excuse to mask the fact that we find going to the gym way too confronting.  While the idea of getting a personal trainer is great, it turns out that most of us are even more confronted by working out with a trainer standing over us, than by simply going to the gym in the first place.  This double-whammy can serve as an insurmountable obstacle when it comes to getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle.

Enter inerTRAIN.  inerTRAIN is a revolutionary service that allows you to take a personal trainer and customized training schedules and regimens with you, where ever you go to exercise… including your living room.  Okay, that’s great and all, but what if I’m too busy to exercise in the first place?  If that’s the case, then you’re going to be fat and probably die early of various nasty ailments and conditions.  However, if I’m too busy, is really an excuse for I don’t know where to start, then you really should sign up for inerTRAIN.

Healthy Living

The focus at inerTRAIN is not to get you to look like a model.  The focus is actually healthy living, which incorporates exercise.

When you have your initial consultation with one of the inerTRAIN personal trainers they will find out what your goals are and then get to work on devising a plan to help you achieve them.

Getting a trainer is expensive!  Yes, you’re right.  Traditional, face-to-face trainers charge anywhere from $60 - $80 per 1-hour session, on national average.  I’ve seen some who charge as much as $120.  inerTRAIN offers a 6-session, 2-week trial for $60, so you can start to see the benefits of working with their system, before you choose to continue.  Package pricing varies, and because you will never be paying for a personal trainer to stand over you and watch you do crunches, inerTRAIN makes having a personal trainer affordable with sessions ranging from under $10 to under $17, per session.

Many traveling professionals say that their inerTRAIN personal trainers keep them motivated and focused on achieving their health goals while on the road, when it’s the easiest to let exercise and health regimens slide.  This, in and of itself, is invaluable and critical to staying on-track with a healthy lifestyle.

There’s nothing Snobby or vogue about being fat and lazy.  Especially if you don’t have time, get started with inerTRAIN right away.  It’s okay, I know you’ll thank me later.
